Definition
Indstillingen er hvilken type af indsats borgere er indstillet til samt de konkrete indsatser der foreslås. Indstillingen sker i rehabiliteringsteamet ud fra behandling af den indkommende dokumentation m.v..
Indstilinlingen består bl.a. af:
- Type af indsats
- Mål, formål, varighed m.v. for indsatsen
- Indstillingsdokumentet
- Indstillede aktiviteter inkl. mål, hensyn m.v.
Det er kun en delmængde af disse data der gemmes i DFDG.
