CreateAsylumTransition
Denne metode benyttes til at oprette overgivelsesdato, tidlige overtagelsesdatoer, frist for CV-opdateringer m.v. for borger, der har opnået asyl. TransitionMunicipality benyttes i relation til flygtninge og adgang til data fra LetAsyl og for alle andre har den ikke en praktisk forretningsmæssig værdi
